How does the mentorship work?
- Kick-off call to understand the prerequisites. Once, the kick-off call is done, a listing audit would be done to understand the prevailing problems.
- Agreement to be made between the two parties about the involvement of a mentor/ consultant in the project and the fees. (Note: The minimum duration is 3 months with a money back guarantee)
- Once, the agreement & retainer is paid. The mentor & mentee would start the work as discussed and will have daily/ weekly/bi-weekly/monthly checks upon the agreement.
- Setting up daily reporting protocols. (google sheets or data studio)
- Continuously evaluating the progress of the program.
- Once the first quarter is done, both the parties will discuss about the continuity of the program.
